Pick Up/Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Pick Up & Delivery Policy

BFWCSA will send a notification via email or text message confirming pick up or delivery options upon completion of purchase. If perishable item[s] are not picked up within the specified time arrangement without any notification of delay,  BFWCSA cannot be held liable or responsible for quality or condition of perishable product[s].

Return & Exchange Policy

BFWCSA does not refund money on perishable items once transactions have been made.

BFWSA does not claim liability nor responsibility for quality of perishable food products that have not been consumed within 48 hours of pick up/delivery.   

If the quality of the product has been compromised due to circumstances out of the customers control including general shelf life decomposition within the first 48 hours of pick up/delivery please take a picture of the product and email it to bfwcsa.com with a brief description of damages. Upon review and approval BFWCSA may offer replacement perishables.
